Our story
1938 – 2026

Carl Renfro made Ponca City his home in 1968 and spent the rest of his life building it up — as chairman and chief executive of Pioneer Bank & Trust, as an Oklahoma State Regent for Higher Education, and as the man who worked with Tribes in 1993 to create Standing Bear Park.
